Villa le Rocce is a splendid villa, consisting of four apartments, immersed in greenery and located on top of the exclusive hill overlooking the Bay of Cannelle. From the various terraces you can enjoy a marvellous view, from the Argentario Promontory to the nearby island of Giannutri.
Villa le Rocce is a splendid Villa, consisting of four flats, immersed in greenery and positioned on top of the exclusive hill overlooking the Bay of Cannelle on the east coast of Giglio Island. From the various terraces you can enjoy a marvellous sea view from the Argentario promontory to the nearby island of Giannutri.
All flats are elegantly furnished and complete with all comforts: Smart Tv, air conditioning, mosquito nets and the kitchens are fully equipped. The flats have private furnished terraces with a wonderful sea view.
At the centre of the villa in the shared area is the magnificent swimming pool – one of the few on Giglio Island – with a large solarium with sun loungers and a furnished relaxation area. Guests also have a car or scooter at their disposal free of charge for their entire stay.
The Villa can be rented as a whole as well as each individual apartment.

Interiors
All flats are finely furnished and complete with all comforts:
Smart TV, internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets on doors and windows, fully equipped kitchens (dishwasher, microwave oven, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, lids, tea towels, mocha, oil, vinegar, fine and coarse salt, sugar, spices), bed linen, bath towels, beach towels are available to guests.
All mattresses and pillows are new and state-of-the-art.
Exteriors
The exteriors consist of several furnished terraces, a wonderful swimming pool (one of six pools on the island of Giglio) with solarium area andrelaxation area, coffee machine with pods as well as dispenser of natural and sparkling water, a large barbecue area furnished with wooden table (16 comfortable seats) and a large barbecue.
All surrounded by a terraced garden with hedges, almost century-old olive trees, succulents and various plants.
The Apartments
Apartment Ponte di Comando
Our biggest flat consists of a large and well-equipped kitchen with air conditioning, a large living room elegantly furnished: three leather sofas, LCD television, air conditioning, large panoramic windows with views of the sea and the nearby Argentario. Three double bedrooms with air conditioning, two large bathrooms (one with shower the other with shower and bath), the sleeping area is complete with mosquito nets on doors and windows. The whole flat is surrounded by large panoramic terraces, equipped with sun loungers and tables and barbecue area.
Apartment Bianco
The “white” flat is a comfortable apartment with a living room with large windows, two sofas (one of which has a comfortable double bed measuring 160×190 h. 20), an LCD television, table with chairs, air conditioning and a bookcase; a fully equipped kitchenette; a bathroom with a large brickwork shower from the window of which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the bay below; a finely furnished bedroom with a double bed, two large brickwork wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. The flat is completed by a large panoramic terrace furnished with table and chairs.
Apartment Blu
A 40 sq. m. loft, the “blue” flat consists of a large living room with two armchairs, a table with Kartell chairs, a buffet cabinet, air conditioning; a fully equipped open kitchen; a bathroom with shower; slightly elevated is the sleeping area with a double bed and wardrobe. From this privileged position one can enjoy a suggestive view of the sea below. Outside there is a large terrace with table and chairs and convenient storage space. Mosquito nets on doors and windows.
Apartment Giallo
On the same level as the flat Blu, separated by a large terrace, is “Yellow” flat. It is a comfortable 12 sq. m. studio apartment, without kitchen, with a French double bed, a small wardrobe, a small fridge, air conditioning; bathroom with shower, mosquito nets on doors and windows. The flat is completed by a furnished panoramic terrace with sun loungers, small tables and two chairs.

The cost of linen for the entire villa is for stays of one week 400 €, for stays of up to 3 nights it is 200 €.
For one-week stays, linen is changed on arrival and during mid-week cleaning. For stays of 1-3 nights the linen is changed on your arrival. If you would like more frequent changes of linen, please let us know in advance so that we can organise the laundry and inform you of the rate.
Cleaning
Cleaning is an obligatory service.
The cost for the whole villa is for stays of one week 500 €, for stays of up to 3 nights it is 250 €.
Cleaning is done for one-week stays twice, on Tuesdays or Wednesdays and on Saturdays when leaving. For stays of 1-3 days, cleaning is done at the end of the stay.
If you want additional cleaning you have to agree directly with Francesco (the caretaker of the Villa), the cost of cleaning is 20 € per hour.

Pool
Swimming pool with sun loungers and tables and a large realx area furnished with a coffee machine and water dispenser
Custodian
Francesco, the caretaker, picks you up at (and brings you back to) the ferry and will be there every day to look after the common areas and for small tasks.
Car / Scooter
We provide our guests with a car or scooter free of charge, depending on the choice of flat.
