Apartment Giallo
Our smallest flat, the ‘Yellow’ studio, measuring approximately 12 square metres, is ideal for 2 persons. Finely furnished but without a kitchen, it has a wonderful private terrace with sea view. Included is a 125 cc scooter for discovering Giglio Island and reaching the many restaurants.
Villa le Rocce is a splendid villa with swimming pool surrounded by greenery and located on top of the exclusive hill overlooking the Beach of Cannelle, Giglio Island.
The Giallo flat is located inside the villa with an independent entrance.
It is a comfortable one-room apartment without kitchen of about 12 square metres, finely furnished and suitable for those who want to enjoy their holiday in total relaxation. The flat consists of a double bed with a high-quality mattress, a small built-in wardrobe, Smart Tv, air conditioning, a small fridge and a comfortable bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The flat has a private sea-view terrace, fully furnished with a table, two chairs and two sun loungers.
Guests have free use of a scooter 125cc (incl . 2 helmets) with which they can reach the many restaurants and other places on the island in a few minutes.

The cost of linen for the apartment Giallo is for stays of one week 50 €, for stays of up to 3 nights it is 30 €.
For one-week stays, linen is changed on arrival and during mid-week cleaning. For stays of 1-3 nights the linen is changed on your arrival. If you would like more frequent changes of linen, please let us know in advance so that we can organise the laundry and inform you of the rate.
Cleaning
Cleaning is an obligatory service.
The cost for the apartment Giallo is for stays of one week 60 €, for stays of up to 3 nights it is 30 €.
Cleaning is done for one-week stays twice, on Tuesdays or Wednesdays and on Saturdays when leaving. For stays of 1-3 days, cleaning is done at the end of the stay.
If you want additional cleaning you have to agree directly with Francesco (the caretaker of the Villa), the cost of cleaning is 20 € per hour.

Pool
Swimming pool with sun loungers and tables and a large realx area furnished with a coffee machine and water dispenser
Custodian
Francesco, the caretaker, picks you up at (and brings you back to) the ferry and will be there every day to look after the common areas and for small tasks.
Car / Scooter
We provide our guests with a car or scooter free of charge, depending on the choice of flat.
